After receiving your application, the human resources department will review your qualifications and experience and determine whether your personal profile matches the requirements of the vacant position(s). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and invited for the next step in the selection process.
- Assessment centre
For certain positions, it is required that the candidates take part in an assessment centre. The content of the assessment center varies from position to position and is individually adjusted according to the skills and expertise required. It is designed to gain a 360° Degree insight about the candidate’s personal profile and capabilities.
After completion of the assessment centre, candidates will be required to attend a personal interview. Depending on the position, a panel of at least two employees will interview the candidate and determine their suitability for the position as well as for the company.
After the final interview, the human resources department will contact the candidate within 2 weeks with the outcome of the decision.
