Talent Management Programme 2012
Global Load Control’s Talent Management Programme enters into its third year, offering comprehensive training and development as building blocks for career enhancement, job enrichment and knowledge expansion. This year we will be recruiting earlier to accomodate more suitable cnadidates for the various pillars.

The continuity and success of an organisation is directly linked to the talent it employs, develops and retains. One of GLC’s Human Resources philosophies is to promote from within. Hence, the objectives of our Talent Management Programme is to provide relevant exposure and targeted training to employees to produce highly skilled and balanced employees, prospective leaders and future experts.
Much thought and focus has been invested into our prestigious Talent Management Programme which was implemented in April 2010. The aspects and needs of the business environment and our employees have been taken into account and a six-pillar development programme was designed to cover a wide range of disciplines.
